In addition to full academic programs
leading to formal degrees and qualifications, the Epidemiology Unit also offers
short-term training in epidemiology and medical statistics. Students attending
the short courses receive the same graduate-level coursework training as the
students in the M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Epidemiology programs, but are considered
for admission separately. Short Course students also have the option of
designing their own training based on discussions with faculty members.
Although short courses students do not receive a formal qualification at the
end of their training, students who perform well can subsequently apply for the
M.Sc. and Ph.D. programs.
If you're interested in our Short Courses, please contact us directly to discuss your training needs and the application / interview process.
